About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will collaborate with our sales and marketing team, gaining comprehensive knowledge of our company. In our entry-level role, we focus on customer service, sales and marketing strategies, and business skills to achieve and exceed weekly sales goals. Responsibilities:
● Learn our client campaigns and how we approach each store
● Provide excellent customer service
● Communicate with coworkers and upper-level management
● Thoroughly answer customer questions
● Track personal and team sales numbers
Qualifications:
● 1-3 years of customer service experience ( preferred, not required )
● 1-3 years of retail experience ( preferred, not required )
● Associate or Bachelor's degree in business/marketing ( preferred, not required )
This is an ENTRY-LEVEL position, so experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. All sales representatives go through hands-on training with our leadership core.
