JOB DESCRIPTION

WORK EXPECTATIONS

Zero tolerance for no call no shows
100% on-time arrival standard
Able to work days, nights, and weekends and occasionally 10+ hour shifts
Waiving 30-minute break 6+ hour shift
Majority independent work
Calmly and safely handle stressful situations
Never operate company vehicle if physically or emotionally impaired
Keep hydrated before and during working hours
Trustworthiness, all cash paid to company belongs to company
Drug free during the duration of the employment contract

DAILY VEHICLE SETUP

Review weekly schedule
Perform opening procedures
Receive shift assignments and be ready to perform in same cases with less than 24 hours notice

DAILY VEHICLE WRAP UP

Perform closing procedures

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Dashboard lights
Items onboard truck working
lights
faucets
drains
Generator
As needed, deliver truck to mechanic
Wash the interior and exterior of the truck
Bug spray
Restock / Retrieve
ice cream
perishables
paper / packaging
cleaning supplies
Restock / Purchase
generator oil
fuel stabilizer
Equipment Maintenance and Cleaning
Defrost / scrape dipping cabinets
Clean fridge interior
Wash laundry towels / aprons
Return dirty tubs to shop

TRAINING

Driver Safety - State Farm fleet driving safety training i.e. 2x per season at beginning and mid-point
Sales - shop, catering, upselling

PERFORMANCE REVIEWS

Monthly on SOPS
Random 2x per month cash count
