Job Description

We are looking for a long-term, energetic professional to assist our sales team in the daily operations of the automotive service business and is ambitious and hard-working. Must be a team player and willing to work Saturdays.

An acceptable driving record and a professional appearance is a must. This is a full-time position with benefits. Entry-level position with opportunities for advancement with a competitive hourly wage.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:

• Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
• Obtains and records basic customer demographic information using a dealership sales control system
• Answers basic customer inquiries and refers more extensive questions to the appropriate person
• Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
• Greets customers in the service department during morning rush hour and obtains basic customer information.
• Serves as telephone back-up.
• Serves as clerical backup.
• Assisting with the planning and execution of events at the dealership and offsite as needed.
• Assisting with the ordering of supplies for the sales department and variable operations,
• including business cards for new and current employees.
• Assisting with the weekly uploading of important documentation for storage on our server.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
