Sales Commissions Analyst Our client, a fast-growing enterprise software company, is seeking a Sales Commissions Analyst to support their revenue operations team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with SaaS experience and deep attention to detail who enjoys digging into data, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating cross-functionally. This is a 3-month engagement with the potential to convert to full-time for the right candidate. The position is hybrid, with a strong preference for candidates based near the Santa Clara area (in-office Mon/Tues/Thurs), though remote candidates will be considered. Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on sales commissions, ensuring accurate calculation in line with comp plans and policies Perform data verification, logic reviews, and audits to maintain commission accuracy and resolve discrepancies Partner with revenue leadership, working directly with the Revenue Manager and reporting to the Director of Revenue Utilize CaptivateIQ (CapIQ), Salesforce, and NetSuite in day-to-day operations across an 80-rep sales team Requirements 3 years of experience in sales commissions analysis, ideally within a SaaS environment Strong knowledge of CaptivateIQ (CapIQ), Salesforce CRM, and NetSuite ERP Proven ability to identify issues and drive resolution independently with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and leadership Compensation: Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure: $60 - $70 per hour. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
