RN Quality Reviewer

This is a non-patient facing position.  As a Quality Reviewer, you will play a key role in supporting the Agency’s Quality and Safety Department by ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing coding and OASIS accuracy, performing thorough documentation reviews, and providing ongoing education to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review OASIS assessments and clinical notes to ensure regulatory compliance
• Ensure ICD-10 coding accuracy and correct sequencing of diagnoses
• Conduct quality audits on clinical records for service utilization and compliance
• Train and educate clinicians on OASIS documentation accuracy
• Participate in QAPI and quality assurance programs

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of Nursing experience as an RN
• Experience with ICD-10 coding and OASIS documentation
• Leadership experience in a healthcare or home health setting

Preferred Experience:

• OASIS Documentation Certification 
• Experience in home health or hospice care
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and sequencing
• Strong understanding of OASIS documentation and regulatory compliance
• Ability to conduct quality audits and clinician education

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in clinical training and staff education
• Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
