The practice offers a flexible schedule, supportive physician partners and strong team inspired environment. They have a busy practice with a large ESRD and CKD population. The new physician would benefit from a ready-made practice, a great call schedule, above average salary guarantee and excellent benefits. Partnership is offered after two years. Physicians share in 10 week rotation that offers flexibility if needed to ensure a health work-life balance and optimal patient care.

It is the third largest city in Illinois and sits along the bank of the Rock River. The city offers a diverse manufacturing base with aviation, aerospace, precision tools and medicine.
Candidate qualifications:
BC/BE in nephrology
Licensed/able to obtain a medical license in the State of Illinois
Work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Willing to make a long-term commitment to the community, patients and practice
