Position Title :- Pega Developer Location: Tampa, FL (3 days onsite-Hybrid) look for nearby candidates 12 months Contract We are only looking for w2 local candidate Must have skills: 3-5 years of experience with one of the three willing to take on Lead / Scrum responsibilities. Pega v8.4 and up required. Pega Certifications nice to have. Will be upgrading to Pega 8.23 Oracle PL/SQL required. Postgres nice to have, moving from Oracle to Postgresql. Strong database skills required. AWS - should have some knowledge. Moving from private cloud to AWS in 2026 Working with Java loads nice to have Proficient in application development skills for more than one technology as well as multiple design techniques Working proficiency in development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, application resiliency and security Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and improvement of software Syntricate Technologies
