Key Requirements:
✔ Active NMLS license
✔ Proven success in purchase loan origination , closing at least one loan per month over the past year
✔ Strong communication skills and comfort with video conferencing
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Suite
Your Role:
🔹 Work closely with in-house agents, offering guidance on loan programs
🔹 Respond promptly to realtor and builder referrals
🔹 Manage leads efficiently and collaborate with real estate agents
🔹 Utilize our CRM to track and update leads in real-time
🔹 Provide expert mortgage options, pre-qualify borrowers, and manage loan applications
