About the Role

Ripple Junction is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time entry level position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in accuracy. While previous logistics experience is a plus, it is not required—we’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Logistics Coordinators and department managers to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.

A Day in the Life

• Accurately enter data into the ERP system and internal tracking tools to maintain cross-functional visibility.
• Generate accurate packing lists and carton labels using designated software.
• Communicate professionally with external suppliers and customers to ensure seamless transactions.
• Navigate shipping platforms such as FedEx and UPS.
• Support the Logistics team with additional duties as assigned.

Must-Haves

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook 365.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes and protocols.
• Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
• Exposure to the apparel or wholesale distribution industry.
• Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, or advanced Excel functions.
• Understanding of shipping methods, freight terms, and warehouse operations.

• Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
