This role is for real estate professionals, not trainees. If you already hold a North Carolina Full Broker License and have at least two years of Transaction Coordination experience, keep reading.

Compensation:

  • $50,000–$55,000 base salary
  • Bonus potential tied to execution + client satisfaction
  • Full-time, in-office role in Raleigh, NC

Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the contract-to-close process for residential transactions
  • Communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, and lenders with clarity and urgency
  • Track documents, timelines, and compliance details with precision
  • Prevent problems before they start—then solve the rest with professionalism
  • Represent the Marti Hampton brand with excellence from start to finish
Qualifications:
  • Active NC Real Estate License (Full Broker Required)
  • 2+ years as a real estate Transaction Coordinator
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Top-tier organizational and multitasking skills
  • Problem-solver with a calm, client-first mindset
  • Must be based in Raleigh, NC (this is not a remote position)
