The firm is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Associate to join its high-performing team. Known for its strong leadership, deep industry relationships, and consistent execution across Software and Semiconductor transactions, this group is an ideal home for candidates looking to deepen their expertise in one of the most dynamic sectors in global finance.

This role offers a rare opportunity to work closely with senior bankers on a wide range of transactions, including M&A, IPOs, private placements, and other capital markets activities . The Associate/VP will play a key role in deal execution, financial analysis, client communications, and strategic advisory efforts. The position provides significant career development potential and direct exposure to high-profile clients and landmark deals.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of investment banking experience , preferably in M&A, technology coverage, or capital markets.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring .
• Experience preparing pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations .
• Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and market trends .
• Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• A high level of professionalism, attention to detail , and strong work ethic.
