Job Details

We’re partnering with a long-standing, values-driven manufacturer to find their next HR leader. This is a standalone HR role reporting directly to a high-caliber executive who values autonomy and collaboration. You'll be empowered to own the function, bring fresh ideas, and elevate the employee experience from the plant floor to the C-suite.

This isn't a back-office HR position—it’s a seat at the table. You’ll be involved in everything from strategic decisions to daily ops: timecard approvals, employee relations, benefit renewals, compliance, and culture-building.

What You’ll Own:

• Full HR lifecycle: onboarding, performance, compliance, benefits, and more
• Minnesota Paid Leave Act implementation and education
• Technology upgrades and streamlining paper-based processes
• Building trust with managers, especially in production
• Acting as a cultural ambassador across departments
• Educating employees on ESOP and 401(k) benefits with support from external partners
