Your Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Champion the successful execution of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and exceed expectations. A strong understanding of the automotive industry and content management systems (CMS) is essential. Team Leadership: Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to produce outstanding work. You will build effective collaborations among diverse team members across different locations. Process Management: Establish and refine communication and processes to facilitate teamwork between agency and client teams, ensuring all members are engaged and informed. Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, including estimations, planning, and reporting. You will create detailed project plans and scopes of work while tracking project progress and resource allocation. Your Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant project management experience in an advertising or marketing communications environment, ideally within a creative agency. A solid grasp of Waterfall methodologies to guide structured project execution. A demonstrated ability to drive creative digital solutions, oversee website and microsite builds, and develop strategies that enhance customer experiences. Strong experience in collaborating with clients and managing diverse internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of content creation for social and mobile channels. Experience in customer experience mapping and a background in consumer brand marketing, particularly in the automotive sector. Familiarity with user-centered design principles (UX/UI), optimization techniques, and search practices. History of working on large-scale, integrated programs with cross-functional teams including UX, Tech, Strategy, Creative, and Data. High emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate and inspire teams effectively. Self-driven and committed to producing high-quality work. VML
