Forklift Driver

Clover, SC

Performance Friction Corporation (PFC Brakes) is currently searching for a full-time Forklift Driver for our manufacturing facility in Clover, South Carolina. PFC Brakes manufactures ultra-premium, high-performance brake products in the original equipment, aftermarket, fleet / heavy duty, and racing market segments. Our passion is in our product. • Pay: Starting at $16/hour, offer dependent on experience

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 3 PM – 11 PM
• Full-time

The right candidate will have:

• Valid forklift operator certification or license
• Ability to operator a crane
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment, specifically forklifts
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
• Ability to trouble shoot & diagnose machine issues
• Must have good organizational skills, be detail oriented, have a positive attitude, and be a team player
• Ability to communicate with truck drivers, production planning, and production supervisors
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be dependable and able to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to handle multi- tasks

Our Forklift Driver will:

• Understand and follow all procedures and control plans
• Understand and follow all quality procedures for product quality control
• Aid in performing tasks that are not just related to Forklift
• Maintain and clean equipment, facility, according to procedures
• Control Waste
• Documentation Accuracy
• Learn and program scan gun operations, keyboard data entry and basic computer skills
• Be flexible to work in other areas when needed
• Learn and perform loading, unloading
• Drive a sit-down and a stand-up lift
