Executive Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, Remote) We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support the CEO of a small consulting firm . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at managing communications, scheduling, document preparation, and light bookkeeping. While primarily remote, the position requires occasional in-person support for events in San Diego, Orange County, or the Denver Metro region . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , the ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients, and proficiency in office software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive . A background in executive support, administrative management, or consulting is preferred. As the right-hand support to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in keeping operations smooth and efficient.
