Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Distribution Center Associate for our client in Chandler, AZ . Position Details:

• Location: Chandler, AZ
• Pay: $17.50/hour + Overtime Opportunities
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

As a Distribution Center Associate, you will support a variety of warehouse functions essential to the fulfillment and distribution process. Responsibilities include:

• Picking and packing customer orders from inventory
• Shipping orders accurately and on time, completing all related documentation
• Receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming materials
• Managing returns of defective materials as needed
• Ensuring documentation such as shipping labels and packing slips are accurate and complete
• Supporting stock handling and inventory control activities
• Reporting issues or concerns to lead or supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift certification a plus (may be required)
• Visual acuity may be required for certain inspection duties
• Must be available for overtime as business needs arise
