In-house Associate Attorney (Corporate Transactional Law) - Carlsbad, CA Amazing in-house opportunity in Carlsbad, CA! We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of experience; we will consider solid litigation attorneys seeking to transition into a transactional role, no transactional experience required. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must reside in the San Diego area and possess a minimum of 2 years of legal practice and no more than 3 years of overall experience as an attorney. This is a fully in-person position in Carlsbad, CA.
