Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash flow and bank reconciliations, monitor and manage cash reserves, assist in cash forecast analysis, reconcile credit card and EFT transactions
• Reconcile AR balances, investigate and resolve discrepancies, prepare aging reports, reconcile chargebacks and disputes
• Maintain fixed asset ledger including capitalization and depreciation, coordinate asset counts, assist in budgeting and forecasting for capital expenditures, prepare roll forwards
• Contribute to lease accounting process including managing lease agreements, ensure compliance with lease accounting standards, monitor lease compliance, renewal and termination
• Oversee preparation and maintenance of general ledger including prepaids, corporate credit cards, debt, equity
• Contribute to preparation of financial statements and management reports, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years relevant work experience
• Proficiency in ERP system
• Advanced Excel skills
