112 Mitsubishi located at 2004 NY 112, Medford , NY is seeking an energetic Office Manager! Automotive Office Management experience is required.

Applicants must have knowledge of Title work, Accounts Payable & Receivable and Microsoft Office.

The right candidate must have experience with:

• Dealer Track / Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Booking Deals
• Daily bank reconciliation and cash tracking, including credit card, ACH, check / cash deposits and other banking items
• Verification, computation, reporting and payments
• Account reconciliations, schedule reconciliations
• Help encourage process development and improvement throughout the store
• Floorplan reconciliation, manufacturer inventory reconciliations
• You must have Automotive experience to be considered for this position.
