Under the Program Manager's guidance, the Assistant Program Manager will focus on contract compliance, training standards, new hire and recurrent training, and quality assurance inspections. Responsibilities include: Conducting aviation security training for new hires and ongoing training for current staff Monitoring and reporting on contract compliance, with recommendations for corrective actions Coordinating with airport management and internal departments to meet training needs Participating in quality audits and spot checks at the airport Supporting special projects and business continuity efforts Ensuring all security functions comply with TSA regulations and company policies Addressing attendance and performance issues and implementing corrective measures Managing payroll reporting and ensuring cost-effective operations Maintaining compliance with reporting procedures and communicating procedural changes effectively Conducting daily briefings and staff meetings Safeguarding company equipment and vehicles Implementing policies under the Program Manager's direction Responding to client needs and feedback The ideal candidate will: Help shape the future vision aligned with client needs and company goals, and execute necessary changes Be proactive, outgoing, comfortable speaking publicly, and engaging with colleagues and employees Qualifications: At least 3 years of management and client relationship experience Understanding of airport security programs Proactive and personable communication skills High School Diploma or G.E.D.
